I'm Julia Wheeler, and for over three decades I've guided countless women to embrace a life of wellbeing and movement. By reducing pain, improving posture, boosting physical and mental strength, enhancing mobility and flexibility, during each stage of their lives,

my motto is ‘you’ll thank me when you’re 90’

I work intuitively, concentrating on the entire body and mind as I believe it is essential to move our bodies with ease to make it effortless to carry out our daily tasks.

I integrate pilates, freestyle fitness yoga, strength training, somatic movement and positive thinking and living.
